hey all, i was looking for a no-weight w/out routine (b/c i didn't want to use my brain apparently) and this site showed up in the search list i checked it out and it had a wealth of info and pleasant people here who actually know what they are talking about. Also very glad of the availability of info for people like me (read free...no offense) anyhoo, i am joining to keep from dying as i have high cholesterol, hypertensive, and liver is fatty (due to guess what ;-))also sedantary mostly due to my two jobs (still, no excuses) and veeerrryyy out of shape. i know i need to do aerobic exercises, but i also have partial pulmonary fibrosis so it keeps from being too active. so i just started walking and believe or not it can get exhausting (i also attribute to being out of shape) 'nuff banter i am looking forward to better living, if not a longer life knowwhatimean?!

As many on here promote, healthy living is a lifestyle change, and this site is a great step towards that change!

Welcome to FT, you'll learn a ton as I and many others here have... I'm just a beginner at this, but the gang here is very knowledgeable and help to keep the motivation going!
