hi
Thought I'd say a quick hello.... I'm a 20 year old male 5'3" short arse looking to lose some fat, tone up a bit and increase my fitness levels. I used to visit a gym frequently however a year ago moved and started uni.... I promptly gained around 20lbs and hate carrying it around. Joined a local gym however it appears a bunch of monkeys are running the place and so have not managed to get a training plan.... and so I found myself here:-)

Is this site only for weight training only?? I am new, and I have no idea what I am doing! I just want to lose a few pounds after my girls were born.
