Hi everyone! I am going on 36, recently divorced, and packed on some pounds sitting at a desk all day. When I was on the "divorce diet" I dropped a few pounds and really started to feel good about myself again. I did a lot of cardio to trim myself up and now I'm going for lean and mean. After all, I have to make myself marketable again. It's my first week using FT and I'm pumped up about it!
