hi all, was wondeering if someone fancies helping me??
ok well i used to go to boxer fit quite alot and that kept me in shape for about a year, i stopped going and i notice the difference.
The reason i quit was because it seemed to be making my fat muscle when all i want really is to tone up!!
ive just started modeling so i really need to tone up within the next month or 2 (uh oh!!).
i have a very fast metabolism, and dont have a fixed diet, because i have no idea what i should be eating or what not to eat!!
my legs are quite toned but i'd mostly like my bum to be more toned than what it is... (doesnt everyone!) and also i wanna get rid of those lil bits of cellulite...

can anyone help moi??

(ps) a friend told me that some workouts can reduce the size of your breasts... ?? is that true??
