Im about to reembark on a much healthier lifestyle. I became interested in personal training as a result of a negative situation that had happened. However I decided to take something positve from the experience. I enrolled in a cont. ed. class at a local college for fitness & nutrition. It had an average time of 18 months to complete all required courses to become certified and I was on pace to finish in 9 months. I was a victim of a terrible crime after that and I was injured. During my rehab instead of praticing my teachings I slipped into a state of depression. This was a few years back however I have a new family and I am motivated now more than ever to jump back on the page I lefted off at before my unfortunate incident. So please wish me luck.
Oh just to mention a few goals of mine I am presently 175lbs which I think is not at all good. I want to gain at least 20lbs of muscle mass while keeping a low bodyfat ratio. I need to drastically change my diet but I am going out tomorrow to stock my cabinets with the "right" foods and not all this High-Fructose crap. My wife will also be a part of my plan so I hope this keeps me inspired. Thanx 2 all for listening
