Hey everyone, just making my first post and introducing myself and goals. I am sophomore in college and I have had enough of my freshman 15 from last year! I never had a weight problem before but now I do. Anyways my goal is to get back down to a 10-12% body fat percentage and build muscle mass as well. I am 6'2", 200 lbs and i believe I am around 20% body fat right now. I exercise 5 days a week, cardio in morning and weight lifting in the afternoon. What kind of time do you think I am looking at to cut this fat? Thank you for your time.
all depends on ya diet, you could exercise all you want but if your caloric intake isnt in the proper range, you could add weight. without seeing your diet, you are asking an unanswerable question.
