In my mid 40s- time to get fit , last 7 months have been excercising and losing weight (from 84 to 70kgs )
Joined FT so I can go that bit further and drop more body fat also build back some muscle mass I lost.
I'm really a 'lazy' excercsier, hopeless with diet and hate sweating but determined for a flat tummy.
