Hey, this is my first day here. I'm 15 6,3 and right now 206 lbs. In the past 7-8 weeks I've lost about 10 pounds so I have been working-out and eating better. I just wanted your guys opinion on my work-out plan, it's more of a cardio workout because I've heard cadio is the best for losing weight. My workout is as follows: 4-5 mins skipping, 30-40 sit ups, 30-40 push ups and to top it all of I normally run a mile, i do this 4-5 times a week depending on school and other activities. I was just wondering what you guys thought about the workout out plan and if you had any other suggestions. Keep in mind i don't have access to a gym or really any weights. I would really like all your suggestions, thank you.

If you are 15 i believe your high school should have a gym.Correct? Don't be intimidated

You could do the homeworkout plan on here also, incase you can't walk/or get a ride to school

I found alot of good exercises I couild do at home with out alot of equipment on you tube and google, just type in a search and something to help you should com up.
