This makes for one hell of a New Year's Resolution. Though my main resolution was to manage my time better... I got a free calendar program to see where my time is going, and I plan on using the huge amount of organized free time I have to work towards building a better body. With the help of a community of people like you, I hope to stick with my new lifestyle. So drop me a message if it looks like I haven't been by in a while... You might help me stick to the cause. :)
My specific goal is to be better at everything. :) More specifically, I want to be able to squat 400 pounds maximum, curl 80 pounds maximum, run two miles minimum without stopping, perform 20 pullups in a minute, 60 pushups in a minute, Sprint at whatever speed puts me on par with fast people, lower my heart rate back to 62 or below, dramatically increase my endurance, especially high-energy endurance, be able to swim laps for more than a half hour at a time, Row for more than a half hour at a time, curl 30 pounds upwards of 30 times (per arm) easily, boost my fast-twitch muscles, and be in the best shape of my life. :D
