I'm new . . obviously lol or I wouldn't be posting here. I'm going to be honest. I have a " problem " you might call it with my eating habits. I used to weigh 210 lbs. when i was only 14 years old. i'm now 16 and I've been an anorexic for 2 years now. I've lost weight and then gotten sick to the point where I've been hospitalized. I now weigh a grand total of 170 lbs. which is still a lot, but I'm in the process of losing more. I've been told all my life that I carry my weight well ( as in I've never looked as heavy as I really was ) but I'm still not happy with what I weigh because it FEELS like a lot. I'm 5'7 and I would like to get to about 130 at the most ( under that would be great ). If nobody wants to help me, i understand, but all I'm asking is for a workout program that will help me thin out my entire body. I have until june to lose the weight that I want, but know this: YOU CAN TELL ME ALL YOU WANT TO EAT, BUT I WON'T LISTEN. I thank you all very much for caring and wanting me to take care of myself, but there's nothing you can do. If you're just going to send me emails that say how stupid I am and that I'm crazy and you don't want to help; don't bother. Just don't even send me a message at all. I know what my goals are and i greatly appreciate everyone that I recieve advise from, but please, don't try to be my parents

Presto0change0,
Welcome to FT! People may not be trying to be your parents, but when you ask for advice and help, people will try to give it, that is not lecturing, that is trying to be helpful, and I am going to try to be helpful.
I am 5'7" exactly with a med. bone structure and the normal weight for me would be 141 give or take five pounds, just to give you an idea what a realistic ideal weight is, of course, depending upon your bone structure you could be more or less than that, so your 130 may not be off from a healthy goal.
You have most likely had professional assistance with your anorexia if you have been in the hospital and it is always good to keep up with it. I was anorexic when I was 18-20 and it was a tough battle until I realized that the effects can be life threatening --I didn't know, I didn't have help, no one to turn to and no one really talked about it as much in those days. I didn't want a damaged esophagus from sticking my finger down my throat after every meal and throwing up, basically, I didn't want to end up more a mess than I already was, so I quietly went to the library and read up on the subject, I learned what I could and though it took me another two years to actually free myself of it (I flipped to bulimic and had to deal with that), I weighed in at 96 pounds, give or take a pound at 5'7" for nearly 4 years as I FREAKED when I would gain a pound. So, I can speak from experience, though it has been a very long time.
I managed to turned my life around by focusing all my energy on being healthy and fit and it worked for me, I joined a gym and hired a professional trainer. I eventually joined a group for people that had eating disorders.
I would find myself going overboard from time to time, working out for 4 hours or more at a time without eating anything more than a Slimfast, but I got myself on track and was very healthy for nine years until I got cancer and battled that at which time I virtually gave up on anything regarding good health.
So my life has been full of battles with my mental image of what I should look like and that is why I am going to tell you that you should take any professional help you can get, and if someone is giving you advice on what to eat and other matters of healthy, please realize they are trying to help you, not nag you. If you don't want help, you wouldn't be here asking...it is almost as if in your post you were asking for help, but then you quickly showed you wanted to be in control and let people know you won't listen anyway...no one can tell you what to do, they can only tell you what is healthy and if you choose to not listen to it, that is your choice and only you will deal with the ramifications; positive or negative.
I will give you the realistic end of things and you can do what you like with it, you may already know; a normal weight loss is 1-2 pounds a week, if you want to lose 40 pounds by June, I'll use June 1st as a deadline, you are looking at about 19 weeks, which would be a 19-38 pound weight loss. That is healthy, that is without radical dieting, that is with exercise and eating right. 3500 calories per pound so take advantage of FT and go to the exercise and nutritional FREE areas and see what you can do to implement that.
Good luck to you, all you do in your youth will find you as you age, so it would be in your best interest to continue to get professional assistance and find peace within yourself.
