Just joined the community! I heard it was very good, and that the schedules it gives you work really well, so I can't wait to get started...tonight!!
I'm going into my first year of college in a few weeks, so doing that plus having a part time job is going to keep me pretty busy. It would be the best if I could work out early every morning, but I know that won't fit my lifestyle, so would working out in the evening be okay too (like, an hour after dinner?) (even though probably not as effective)?
My nutrition is something I might have a hard time changing too, as it is really just whatever my parents buy. I know for a fact that I am cutting out juice and pop, and sticking strictly to water, I hope that helps. Plus I am going to eat my fair share of fruits and vegetables instead of snack food.
Can anyone make some suggestions to help me get on the right foot? Thanks!!
