Just wanted to drop in and say hello to everyone on here. Right now my goals is to drop weight and get into shape so that I can actually not huff and puff when I run for more than 10 minutes. I'm about 215 now and hoping to get to 185 (my high school weight) as soon as I can. I'm more motivated now than ever. Hope to hear from everyone, I'll try to give input if I feel I have a clue...if I don't....well I'll probably just give input and say "but I really have no clue" :)
