My name is Amanda. I am about to turn 20. Im so glad I found this site. I have always been kinda confused about the whole workout thing. I am a huge fan of sweet stuff, and that is what kills me. I used to be on the weight lifting team in highschool..so I always had someone telling me what to do and how to do it. I had my daughter in May of 2005. I struggled to lose the weight. I wont lie. I didnt lose some...probably about 20 pounds. But...now I can lose anymore. I still weigh more than what I am supposed to. About 15 pounds over. I am 5'4 and weigh 135. This thing says I am supposed to weigh about 120. I hope that talking with people who are on here will give me the motivation that I need to get "the job" done. Have a good day. and Good Luck to all of you.

Welcome Amanda - I have posted this before but it really helps so it is worth saying again: Fill out your profile information: eating habits, goals, what you may already do (activity level), what you like or have tried and succeeded or failed at etc. The more info people know about your health habits the easier it is for them to try and help! There is a lot of great information on this board, and many knowledgable people that are happy to help you meet your goals! Sweets are also my downfall. The only solution I have found is to just never buy them... keep them out of the house!!

I have a sweet addiction too. I have found that Yogos are sweet enough that they help. Have you ever tried any of the smart one deserts? They are really good, and like around 200 calories
