Hey all! I have been using the site for 2 weeks now. A little about myself:

I am a newly 30(may18) russian hungarian female. My weight 4 years ago was 213 pounds. Since then I have lost 84 pounds but due to a hiatus I am now 10 pounds heavier...At this point I am 138 and my height is 5'4. So I am here to get back into shape. Most of the weight is in my thighs and butt. :cool: I am training to tone and work on my abs of course. Since I have been on the site, working out and eatting right I notice that I am toning up and fitting in to my clothing better...the weight went down 5 pounds last week, but as I continue to work out I notice it going up and have read that it is due to the fact that muscle weighs more than fat, I still would like the number to go down a little bit...:) but I will give it time and see. I just wanted to say that this site is fabulous and that I will be hopefully at my goal before mid July. I hope to post more and learn all that I can as well.
