Hey everyone my name is bik and i just had a few questions on the types of workouts i should do in order to lose wieght im 18 years old 6'5 nd wiegh around 335 and it would help if i knew how to loose wieght nd start putting on muscle.
Hi Bik! I would start with some cardio. Work your way up from walking to jogging. Set a goal for yourself every day. Start with... say 10 min speed walking. Everyday add a minute. Then when you are getting too comfortable with just speed walking, throw in a minute of a good paced job in the middle. Every day add another minute of jogging. Keep up with this and after a week or two add in some sit ups (as many as you can!!! Push to get that extra one after the last one you WANT to do). Always tell yourself when you think you are done "one more. just one more" and after that if you feel you can keep going tell yourself "one more". You will hurt, be exhausted, prob think youre dying (I know I did after the workout and the next day) but I never let that pain get to my head. Your heart and mind is always stronger than your mind. Start with that and then do some research of more cardio and them add in some weight training so you add muscle and kill that negative weight! Hope this helps you out!
