HI Im Carrie. I used to be a very active runner and hit the gym usually about 2 times a week. After a knee injury, getting married, moving, and living the Army wife way I have completely just stopped working out. I want to really get back into working out regularly and am hoping this site and some of you can help me stay on it this time.
