Well my name is Jessica,I just started here the night before last..well I have followed everything I am suppose to do,I even keep a black binder now with my exercises in it and my rep sheets and stuff..well on my nutrional tracker,Im not doing so good on the whole calories and fats thing..I dont eat enough calories adn I eat to much fats..I dont know what to eat to keep my calories up but keep my fats down..and my proteins and carbohydrates are down too! Can anyone help me please!! I really wanna lose some weight! Thanks!

Welcome jess, sounds like your headn in the right direction, Do some searches on "diet" or "diet threaed" to help get you started and as tim mentioned check out the resources here, lots of info and if you just spend a little time looking for it, like what you want, nutritional values and such.
