Just found this site, seems pretty awesome. I'm 15 and 120 lbs., not really trying to lose weight, just to get toned up and healthier mostly. Prom is coming up in about a month, and I realize I'm getting a REALLY late start on this, but any help on some quick ways to atleast start toning up would be great. Thanks & hope to talk more later!
