I'm a newcomer here. I'm 17 years old in Miami, FL. I do some Tae Kwon Do so I'm already in healthey physical condition(except my thighs and buns) but I want to put on some muscle as well as trim off my butt and thighs.
Welcome. Try one of the programs here at ft. Don't forget to include cardio in your overall fitness plan. Also, you may need to evaluate your diet to see if any changes might be in order.
