I'm just now taking the time to learn about diet and excersize. In my youth, I was always between 135 and 165, I came out of basic training in the best shape of my life weighing 150. I don't know when, or how it happened but I looked in the mirror this morning and I have this HUGE gut that really just needs to go. I don't consider myself overweight, but I do want to get some habits that are a bit more healthy.
