Hey im 17 and New to the Forums

hey, i have been doing bicept curls, and regular situps to get abs, and larger bicepts.. i have been doing the same amount of bicept curls on each side, and i have noticed that my right pec is bigger then my left one, got muscle underneith it.. Now i have noticed it, how can i get my left side the same as my right ?

Any suggestions on what im doing wrong to have more muscle on the right then left? if i continue to do wot im doing (situps/crunch's), will they even out?

hey tanked, im new here as well! what you have is very normal, one of my friends who is a tennis player has the same things... if you notice, i dont know if it happens to you but when you drink plenty of water you'll find that one side is larger than the other, but dont worry about it, it has nothing to do with you workout regime. It probably not that noticable.. only to you! another reason might be that, you usually have one side of your body stronger than the other so it naturally develops faster. but its nothing serious to worry about, keep working out like you usually do!

Ummm, the exercises you mention don't have much to do with your pectorals.

Pick a total body routine to build symmetry.
