Heya... well i Would try doing doing heavy weights with less reps for a few weeks then switch to lighter weights with over 12 reps at least per set.. Keep your muscle in constant shock so never follow a routine too long. For better advice check out the information provided by this website. They got some cool info...

Try doing heavy weight with low reps and remember to stick to basic compound movements.

Eat man, for Hardgainers, that's all you can do:) And go to failure or one short of failure.

Jus work hard ... use heavy weights and less reps..eat ..eat and eat ..and make sure you rest and get some sleep. Try to enjoy what you do and always push yourself to be better than yesterday. Make all your reps count, and usually make your last set a set to failure. good luck!

In my opinion you first need to eat a healthy diet, I find I gain most weight with tons of pastas. Supplements will help you as well, but its also what else you eat that’s most important....Then for weights you have to use low reps with heavy weights then change up with the opposite, low weight high reps witch is good for getting cut, and it helps keep your muscles in shock like the other RE: said. you should change your routine every once and a while. Well that’s what I think.

I'm afraid of the concept "eat more more more to gain mass, what if in the future I can't exercise as hard as today and i'm used to eating a lot because my stomac has grown to big from all that eating; can I take more carbs and protein shakes and still achieve the same without streching my stomack . I have a very fast metabolism and I cant keep my weight up for long no matter how much I eat

75% of rep max sounds the most resonable I guess. a lot of weight well get you stronger for sure...that's what power lifters are involved with...but since you wana add mass go for a moderate weight for wach exercise no 2 heavy...not 2 light either..as light weight is usually for muscle endurance trainers...eg. runners, swimmers ect

A weight that you can barely do 8-10 reps is the best mass building technique that i have found. Do more than that and it becomes aerobic do less and it becames strength training (always do 4 sets per exercise and about 3-4 exercises per body part)
