Hi I'm a newbie from Australia!
I used to be superfit when I did fencing for several years at my highschool, but I couldn't continue it when I went to uni. So I'm a full time uni student, who hasn't done any major exercise for over a year!:)
I really want to get fit again but I find it hard to stay motivated.
I want to be as healthy as I usd to be. :)
The last time I was healthy was in the 7th grade! I'm 27 now and have P.A.D. in my legs. Thankfully, it's not advanced enough that I'm at a more serious risk than what I'm already at. All it takes for me is excercise and I'll be fine. I also look at myself and say I will not look like this anymore! I will lose the weight I believe that you can be healthy too!
