I filled out my Fitness Plan, and i dont know where to find out the information the sites meant to give me, does it come up straight away like the Nutritional Plan part did? help plz!

Also whilst i'm asking this question i might introduce myself to this community! my names Jamie i'm 18, i've noticed myself getting very lazy.. i only leave the house to either go to work or go clubbing or out with friends(which is only once a month).. i do go shops etc occasionaly i'm not a little hermit.. i'm a bit of a party animal so i drink most weekends etc..

It's really bad i've started to put on alot of wait... i use to weigh about 71kg's now i weigh around 80ish.. i know for some u laugh at 80kg's.. but it's not muscle at all its just a fat guy etcetc, i'm sure u have the picture! but yer HI :D i'm hoping this website will help me out and give me some sort of workout plan as thats what i'm after.. gonna tone up and get fit :D also trying to quit smoking so good luck to me !!! :) s2

Hey Jamie, welcome to the site. The exercise program for free members is typically posted on Monday of each week, look for it then. Good luck, and again, welcome to FT!!!
