I'm a 21 yr old female and I'm trying to lose 30 pounds by February because I'm going on a cruise. My ultimate goal is to lose 40-50 pounds. I hope this site works for me. I lost 30 pounds about 4 years ago and then gained it all back when i met my boyfriend..how sad. I guess I joined also to get motivation and support. Has anyone had success by joining this site? I hope i can keep myself going and lose the weight and not let it come back
i know i will work, sometimes i just need motivation and its all up to me to lose the weight. just seems hard since i dont have the money for a gym membership. so instead i walk and do pilates and go swimming. Sometimes that doesn't seem like enough to lose weight. well, i'll just have to see how it works out for me
