I Started here yesterday, and I'm just learning how everything works here... I do have one question, and if I'm posting this on the wrong forum I'm sorry. But yeah... I'm new, so... Anyways! My question is, when you're entering your data in your exercise progress chart, what do you put in the "input weight used" section? Do you put the weight of a weight you used... Or do you put your own weight? Or something else? I'm just not clear on how that works.
