I am trying to get rid of the excess wieght around my waist is that possible without a tummy tuck has anyone got rid of that? I was 211 when I gave birth now I'm 135. The bottom of my stomach sags what can i do to get rid of it?

It may take some time for your skin to shrink, but you lost a lot of weight. Try friming lotions consistently for a few months, if they don't do anything for you, you may want to consult with a doctor about a tuck. Sometimes there isn't enough elasticity for your skin to recover from being so stretched out. Unfortunatley, it is genetically determined how elastic your skin is. Some women never even get a single stretch mark, others could use every lotion known to womankind and get stretch marks from gaining even a little weight.
I weighed about 217lbs when my daughter was born and got down to 145 for my first competition, I had some loose skin, but it seems to have gradually shrunk a little. I like St Ives firming lotion, as well as Jergens. They aren't too expensive, and even if they don't firm your skin up, at least it will be soft....

Soft is nice.
