I participate in Varsity Hockey, and i'm interested in gaining more strength to enchance my game, and also to get buff/ripped..lol
Currently i'm working on abs, im doing 100 abs a day 7 days a week. I also tried to do the Personalized Plan..will they e-mail it to me? well just wanted to introduce myself..and any help from the experts here would be grateful!
