For the past 6 or 7 years I've pretty much been a home body sitting behind a computer most of my time smoking a pack a day. I would eat only once a day and then it would probably be something from a fast food place.
I'm changing all that now! I'm 32 and as of Aug.29th I'm 5'4" weighing 175 lbs. and about 30% body fat. I live in Fayetteville, NC and I've been doing some weight training in a gym for about two weeks now. I haven't put myself on a strict diet, I've just been trying to eat less portions more frequently and avoiding the obviously fattening foods. I gave up cigarettes on the 29th as well and so far that's been going easier than I thought.
I am keeping an eye out for a workout buddy, so if there's anyone in the area interested shoot me a message.
