I am new to the site and I am 5'9 215-220, I am looking to get back to my original 155-160 weight, I have actually gained all that weight in 2 1/2 years! And am looking to get rid of it by the end of this year, but my main goal is to get down to 180-185 by mid July, if anyone has similar stats and wants to be a stat buddy with me let me know...

I'm male 5'10 210. I weighed 170lbs until I quit smoking 9 years ago. That paired with a drop in activity and I put on 40lbs
I'm aiming for 190 by July 10th and 180 by my birthday(oct 27)

Well I have noticed men tend to loose weight faster than women do, and I am quitting smoking as well! It should be a challenge

Hey there :) I'm female- will be 29 years old next month. I'm 5'8" 211 lbs now. I would love to be 180-185 by July/August. But my overall goal is to be back at 160 (hopefully by the end of the year or early next year!). I would love to be your stat buddy!!!
