Hi my name is Mckenna and I'm from New Zealand! I had my first child in March and gained about 59lbs. Yeah not good! But in the 19 weeks since, I've dropped about 54 of those... not QUITE at my target and battling the flab, but keen to get those last few pounds off for good!
I'm really interested in kettlebell training and other types of heavy lifting/extreme stuff. Right now I'm working with 26lb kettlebells and occasionally 53lbs. I'm hoping to get back to pre-baby body/weight by latest September :) Looking forward to sharing and receiving tips, tricks and solutions!
