If you want to build-up any appreciable muscle mass, there's a simple philosophy: Eat big and lift big. You need calories in excess so your body has the material to build new muscle mass from. Creatine and just lifting aren't going to get you where you want to go.
Been reading tips from here and other online places recently. I'm desperate to gain weight, 18 years old, 6,1 and about 130ibs IF that! I'm so skinny I can't go out without wearing layers of clothes on because I look PATHETIC!!!
I've started doing stretches and then as much exercise as I can manage. Around 100 weights with 5kg in each arm, also 80-100 sit ups, 50 press ups, leg raises. I have a long 1bar weights with a 5kg on either side I've just started using.
I'm also a vegetarian. And have just started using Creatine. I did used to use drugs like MDMA, coke, speed and weed. I've now stopped using all of these as obviously they are very bad for you and I'm never going to gain weight when I'm not sleeping/eating right.
Please help me this is making my life miserable and ruining my confidence! :-(
