Hi everyone my name is desiree, i just signed up today.. the reason i joined was to get into a routine at my gym. this is my first month at my new gym 24hour fitness and i have just been getting used to everything and not really having a firm routine yet.. i came on this site to help me with my exercises! im hoping this will help me.. i want to become my fit and tone and just have energy for things.. i have personalized my fitness exercise plan im doing this 12 week ab one and the toning one i forgot the names already oops!! lol anyways.. tommorrow i do my fist workout but im courious about the workout it has me dont dumbell presses and standing laterial raises and thats it nothing else.. is that my total workout.. im not really sure but im just going to do what they told me to do any help or sugguestions would be muchly appericated!! im so0o excited for tommorow!! :love: desiree
If your trying to lose weight don't forget to add in some cardio after your workout about 25 min should be fine at your target HR. This is the start of my second week on the program and its great. Good luck to you and read as much as you can on here it is information for the rest of your life.
No...thats not your whole workout. You should include some stretching and cardio to get your muscles warm since you are new to working out. Cardio doesnt have to be extremely hard. It could be just a walk or a slow jog. Its up to you. Judging by your profile it seems that you are athletic. Working out should come easily. Its not hard at all. Welcome to FT.
