Hi! Thought I would introduce myself since I just signed up. It is great to have all these options for free by the way. Great site!

Anyway, I'm a project coordinator for an online courses company, so I mostly work sitting down at my computer, which I'm sure, isn't helping me losing weight.

I have actually lost weight in the past 2 years....I had lost around 35 but gained 15 pounds since, so I'm only 20 lbs lighter than when I started. This is really bugging me because it happened to me once before, and I ended up gaining all the weight back, plus some more!

I know how to eat well to lose weight, I've done it...my problem is, how do you guys stay motivated? I think this the main reason why I came on this site, to try to get some motivation. Anyway, I'll save some personal information for other posts. Hope to talk to you all soon!

Welcome!! Motivation is one most common topics on this site. Just reading about all of the success stories on FreeTrainers can be motivating. One of the most effective motivating tools that I've heard of is taking a picture of yourself as you are now (with very little clothing) and put it in a place you will see multiple times a day.

Keep us up-to-date on your progress. We're all here for you!!! :)

Thanks for the motivation tip. You're very right about how effective pictures are, because I decided to get motivated again when I saw some pictures taken at a party I attended this weekend! lol

Thanks again and you will see me often on the forum that's for sure :)
