hey i weight 166 im 5.7 im not really fat i just think im over weight i wanna get really toned for the summer and for sports i been going to the gym for a little while now im at the point when u dont get sore any more anyone ever been in my situation and can give me get to my goal
you need to switch up your workout and shock your body back into growth.. add supersets, drop sets, etc., switch up your routine order/exercises, increase the intensity, drop your rest time, etc
