Finally got serious about getting in shape.I have never broke 130lbs. I'm in shape just not big.I wrestled in high school at 103lbs.Now I'm 120lbs. I'm eating about 4000 calories a day.In the morning I use free weights and then bike 2 miles.Then another 2 miles after work.Hopefully I'm not burning all my calories away.Looking forward to learning some new stuff and getting bigger.
