i'm fairly new here. 19/f/vancouver canada.
i'm a semi-vegetarian (only eat chicken). plus i LOVE vegetables (altho i've been known to have a sweet tooth). i think i got the diet under wraps. just the weight training needs help.
i try to do at least half an hour cardio per workout and then do the weight training stuff that's on this site. but its hard to do 4 sets. i have no muscles. i'm one of those strugglers with the 5 pounds (thank the lord for ladies only section in the gym).
anyone have any advice for newbies like me? i gotta get toned for the summer man. i hope this 8 week program works. so far i've lost one pound (woohoo). i'm hoping to loose about 10 pounds or so and gain some definition n the arms. (i'm 5'2'' right now, 125lbs).

First, welcome to FT...
Secondly, fill out your profile, it'll help us help you... and thirdly, do cardio after your workout... there is a great explanation of when to do cardio in the General Exercise section of the message board....
If you find it hard to do the four sets, lower the weight you are using... you can always work up to heavier weights... it'll get there....
