I just wanted to introduce myself and congratulate ft. on a great site. I've been working out for a long, long time, but I always enjoy learning something near or hearing a different perspective on the tried and true. I'm currently starting into my 8th week of the 12 week mass building program. I'll let you know how it comes out. Keep up the good work.
Glad too see you posted your profile. I sympatize with you as I also have "aging knees". Sounds like you have a great foundation from years of competitive running. You will do well with the mass program. Best Wishes.
