hi. im rowan,im 16 years old and vegetarian. one reason i joined this site because i want to be healthyer and improve my wellbeing and how confident i feel. the summer holidays have just finished where i live so its back to school and i feel that i have really let myself go over the hoidays.i have an addiction to fast, fatty foods and work at a pizza store which isint helpful at all.
im not a sporty person but i do have a huge interest in skiing so much so that this winter im doing a ski instructors course which is a six weekend intensive training course followed by a 4 day exam, so i really want to be at my top physical level by then so i figured why not start now. usually when i try these sorts of things i fall off the wagon and then give up, but this time i really want to give it my all and kick my addiction to junk food and inprove my physical condition.
any tips pointers or ideas would be awsome =)

A great start would be to build your free workout (Exercise>Find a Workout). You can try our gym based program or our home based programs which are with free weights, band or an exercise stability ball. All are $5-$10 at your local store (for the equipment).
