I have started weight training and diet (Dr. Phil Ultimate Weight Loss Challenege) on Feb. 6th, 2004 and I have done well in the weight loss part... 30 lbs down so far!
I am wanting to tone up, so any advice people can give while I am on the boards asking away, let me hear from you!
