Just wanted to say hi to everyone out there. I just signed up for this. Im hoping it really helps, hoping it keeps me motivated. I'm 5'6 and up to 185 lbs. i used to weigh 130 lbs, and wore a size 7, so im very desperate to get back into my old jeans. Now i wear a size 13. Im so desperate to lose the wight that i started throwing up my food, but i know that not the way to do it. Ive been ruuning 1.5 miles mon-fri for 1 week, so hopefully i'll keep that up. Just ask for those of ya'll that have actually lost weight here, PLZ help me stay motivated. thanks to you all.
