Hey All.. What's up.. anyways this is my first time working out... I finally got the motivation to get to the gym.. I wanna look good.. by the end of the summer I want to have atleast some muscles tee hee... anyways I need a good work out plan... I basically do cardio and the machines and that's my work out.. anyone wanna help me.. I wanna get abs, pecs, and pipes.. anyways wanna share some of their work out plan.. and remember I'm only a beginner so don't go crazy on me.. and I aslo plan on working out mon wed and fri... aiight thanks
