sorry about the last post here. i didnt read the thing abount
introducing yourself here. I need some help. i've been lifting for about 5 weeks. My muscle aren't too much bigger. I am pretty skinny. want to get muscle. i have got about 3" arms. Do't want to take supplements or anything. I weigh 125. All i have is a barbell. i really want to work on my arms for now.

lol maybe he means 3" high. Bob628, your supposed the measure the distance around your arms not the height.

No worries.. for some reason, your profile didn't save.

What you can do is get a FREE workout routine from this site. It's at the top.. answer a few questions and it'll give you a routine to get started.

In the Fitness Resources section, there are descriptions of the movements, too.

Basically, eat right and exercise.

It ain't rocket science!:big_smile:
