Another newbie here. I'm a 32 year old woman who has gained about 50 lbs in the past 3 years, after moving from the US to the UK. I've been battling depression and have fallen into the terrible habit of stress eating, which I'm trying very hard to break. Staying motivated is really hard, especially as I have PCOS, which makes seeing results even SLOWER, but I'm not giving up! I try to work out at least 3x a week, which makes me sore 24/7... but I know it will be worth it in the end.
I acutally used to be a personal trainer, when I was in my early 20's. Anyone from my old life who saw me now would never recognize me!
Anyway, I imagine I will be on these boards often looking for guidance and support.
