HI EVERYONE!!! IM NEW HERE AND NEED SOEM ADVISE, I BEEN BUSTING MY BUTT THE LAST TWO MONTHS EATING GOOD 85% OF THE TIME AND JUST FEEL LIKE IM GETTIN NOWEHERE!!! URRG IM FURSTARTED!!! THE SCALE IS MY ENEMY RIGHT NOW, EVN THOUGH I CAN TELL A DIFERNCE IN MY CLOTHES, IM STILL NOT GETTING THE RESULTS I WANT AND JUST GETTING DISCOURAGED :angry:

I KNOW BUT HONESTLY ITS REALLY HARD TO EAT GOOD 100%, I DONT OVER DO IT LIKE ONE DAY I DO 150 CARBS ALL GOOD BAKED GRILLED CHIX BOILED EGG AND FIS WITH 35 GRAMS FAT AND LIK E135 G PROTEIN, 2ND DAY 81 CARBS AGAIN GOOD CHICKEN, FISH, EGGS, MY CARBS CONSIST OF EZEIKEL BREAD 1SLICE AND ONE TABLESPOON WHOLE NATURAL PEANUT BUTTER, 30GRAMS GOOD FAT AND 130 PROTEIN AND 3RD DAY 50 CARBS 38 GRAMS FAT 120 PROETIEN , AND THEN I SATRT OVER AGAIN, SOMETIMES I SNEAK A SUGAR FREE CINNAMON CANDY IN AND A HERHSEY KISS STUFF LIKE THIS I DONT OVER DO IT

ANOTHER QUESTION I HAVE, I STARTED WEIGHT TRAINING YESTERDAY WHICH IM VERY EXCITED ABOUT AND HAVE A GREAT PLAN TO FOLLOW, WILL I LOSE WEIGHT STILL WHILE WEIGHT TRAINGING? I WAN TTO LOSE LIKE 20LBS BUT GAIN NICE TIGHT MUCSLE, I WANA LOOK LIKE JAMIE EASON DAMI IT :big_smile:

You should still lose weight with strength training as long as you still end up in a caloric deficit at the end of the day. In all actuality you'll look a lot better as you lose the weight while strength training.

THANKS FOR THE INPUT!! I THINK RIGHT NOW WITH THE PROTEIN ,FAT GRAMS AND CARBS IM DOING , IM BETWEEN 1050-1285 CALS A DAY DEPENDING ON MY CARB DAY... THIS STUFF IS SO CONFUSING BUT IM ADDICTED, HOW :(DO I GET MY PIC UP ??
