Hi everyone. I have made a big decision in my life this year and that is to lose weight and be healthy. I am a mother of five children and work 10pm to 6am. I have struggled with my weight since I was a teenager. It is sad but I looked at my daughter's wedding pictures with me in them and I sat and cried. I would love to be at 125 lbs right now I am 186 lbs and this is the heaviest I have been in my life. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
