Hi, I'm Rachel, 31. Im currently dieting and wanting to lose around 3 stone. I joined a gym again on Monday night after not training for a few years and boy am I aching today!! Its only a small gym, a bit dated but ok for what I need although I could do with a bit of motivation and inspiration so thought I'd look on here as I've only been given a dead basic programme which I think everyone gets! My upper body and back is not very strong and my hamstrings are tight as!! My aim at the moment is to burn fat, gain stamina as I've got Race for Life at end of May and keep motivated as I'm training on my own. Wish me luck. x
