I just stumbled along this website as I was looking for workouts to do at home. My main body concern is my thighs and my stomach. I have tried lots of different excercise groups and personal training but nothing gets me to the right results. I am 5ft 6 and 72 kg .I was wondering if anyone had any advice to achieve the goal so I will feel confident in my body and not feel self concious when it comes to summer and wearing dresses/skirts.
