Hey xavis!

The wide shoulder program is built into your training schedule so when you follow the links in your exercise program to the day splits.. the shoulder days will have the wide program in them already.. the 12 week abs are a seperate link.

Ask FT STAFF if you need help.

Xavis,
I have the exact same program. You can only choose one specialized program that will be separate like Arnold stated. Just follow it to the T. I am very happy with the results so far. I am finishing up my 6th week now and have gained about 3 pounds in solid muscle mass. You may gain faster than I. It depends on how much you eat and mainly your metabolic rate.
