Hello Nathan and a big welcome to you.
Please tell us a little bit more about pro wrestling, what really is needed there? (I don't know much about wrestling I'm afraid........)
Thanks!!

The biggest thing for pro wrestling is conditioning your body, despite what some people thing, its really hurts, when someone body slams you on to the mat, it hurts and you have to be able to get back up and keep going. You need good upper and lower strength, there is always someone bigger then you and you have to be able to pick them up. You also need to be in good all around physical condition, matches can run along time and you can get tired very quick, you have got to push your self very hard. It is hard, painful an requires a large amount of time, but for anybody out there who wants to do this, go for it. it’s the best thing I ever done. 6 months ago I weighed 140lbs, I was not very active, I went to the gym some, but not very often. I started my training with in a month I was a completely different person. I currently weight 170lbs, I am in much better physical condition, I look better and most of all I feel better. So really the biggest thing to it is dedication, to be able to stick with it. It is also a lot of fun.

Welcome to the site Nathan, Nice to see you have chosen a career at your fine age. Nice work you have done, and keep us posted as to your progress. I am impressed buy your abilty in the ring. In Quebec here, we have the Rougeau Family, (3 generations). I played some golf this summer with Jaques who has his GYm (Wrestling School) here in Montreal. Anyway, by the end of the round he had talked me in to come to the ring (DU Maurier Tenniss Stadium) to see his 12 yr old son (thin and lean) take on this 240lb 16 yr old! Of coarse the little guy won. But wow, talk about being in shape. Because of this, even though I am not a wrestling fan, you have ALL my respect! Good Luck to you Nathan.
